In accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 613 dated April 9, 2019, the Statute of the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan stipulates in subsection 3.1.40 the creation of an electronic registration and control system that allows monitoring the compliance of subsoil users with the terms of use. This system is intended to reflect information about lands containing mineral resources that are legally used and leased, as well as information about their users and lessees, and to ensure the integration of this system with the electronic cadastral registration information system of lands. In connection with the implementation of the mentioned provision of the Statute, the Agency is taking appropriate measures to create software for the Electronic Registration and Control System for Subsoil Areas. The software will ensure the formation of a unified database for mineral deposits. It will be developed using modern technologies and subsoil users will have easy access to this system.
